Facebook. The # 2 most viewed website in the online world. It is the king of all social networks today. Every blessed corporation and company is making its presence there. Why not you? Here are some Facebook Marketing that will help in building your HOME business and internet marketing ventures. Please note that I have excluded Facebook Ads which I will discuss in a future post.

Facebook Marketing Tip # 1. Its about relationships and ZERO selling.

If you want to stand out from the crowd, do not buy automated BS and send spam left, right and center. I go into my profile, bam. A ton of messages about his opportunity and her product which I do not even care about.

Facebook marketing is all about building relationships people! Build credibility and trust. Then ask for the sale. If you ask for the sale without even introducing yourself, 99% chance you will not get it.

Facebook Marketing # 2. Put up an awesome profile.

Go ahead, put pictures of yourself having fun, during your networking events, etc. You get my gist. Tell them what you know, and what you like to do. People like building relationships with individuals that they can relate with. Remember to put your links in your profile so people can find out more on what you do.

Facebook Marketing # 3. Fanpages and Groups.

Make a fanpage which will allow you to capture leads for your business and enhance your credibility. Click here to generate a cool fanpage

Join groups and create them. This will allow you to network with other people in your niche. Post helpful content and answer any questions they might have. Participate in discussions. All this will brand you as an expert.

Remember, do not waste time with Facebook, nor with any other social medium for that matter. Keep it passive. All you need is 15 minutes a day to:

* Post valuable content
* Accept friend requests
* Participate in discussions

Facebook Marketing is a source of free leads for your business. Use it wisely 🙂
