The client wanted to improve the relevance of exclusive promotions and coupons for their customers, product recommendations, and labeling across the entire company. To achieve this at the necessary scale, an AI-powered process is ultimately required. But as ever, AI is only as good as the data it’s trained on. Enabling AI requires a sufficient volume of appropriate – and appropriately labeled – data. That’s where our team came in.
The Sprouts’ app is fairly simple to use and has a shopping list feature as well as the weekly flyer and coupons loaded for your use. The app extremely useful, since coupons are pre-loaded in the app for you. That means no scissors or papers in your wallet, just click and save. Sprouts app, is helping customers find what I saw in the flyer and then put on their grocery list. Users can keep their grocery list right in the app and then when in the store, the app shows you where items are located by aisle number or department.
