They can express any new ideas they may have, comment on new ideas other have, and consistently share with each other an interest in being able to get their word on something important to them and might be important to others. More than anything, a good marketer is not purely someone who gets information out to people. He is someone people can interact with, passionately if necessary, and someone who does not mind having a real relationship with his market.
